At Negodom Kft., we want you to be satisfied with our digital services. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through our platforms.

Digital Products and Services

Our products (ClaimMore, KillerCatch, MyBoards) are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. As per EU consumer rights regulations for digital content:

  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or used the service.
  • After Use: Once you begin using the service (e.g., start a practice session, access premium features), the right of withdrawal may be waived as the digital content has been delivered.

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after cancellation
  • You retain access to the service until the end of your paid period

Eligible Refund Requests

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Request made within 14 days and service not yet used

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • You have already used the service (completed sessions, accessed features)
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to our support address (below)
  2. Include your account email and purchase details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
